Meet Mark Hasek
I grew up in a small, mid-west town right along the Mississippi River called Nauvoo, IL whose population is around 1,000 people. There I learned how to work hard and take on responsibilities. I served a mission for my church and was called to Anaheim, California. During my mission I continued to develop my harding working habits, integrity, discipline, and love for serving people. It was on my mission when I started to take an interest in real estate. After serving my mission I married and moved back to Southern California. I then got my California Real Estate License and found myself naturally gravitating towards focusing on helping investors find rental properties to buy. During this I dealt with many property managers and I saw many different styles of property managers and was able to see the do’s and the don’ts of property management.
Now with a family of four we decided California wasn’t for us anymore and wanted to raise are kids in a different environment. Though we had no connections to St. George we felt that this would be a good place to raise a family and made the move. I got my Utah Real Estate License and signed up with and worked for a property management company. There I learned all the in’s and out’s of property management along with more do’s and don’ts! I had the itch to build something of my own and realized I always had a love for helping investor/buyers find the right property for their goals and enjoyed helping them with the daily requirements of property management.
